I was only 40 minutes late because I accidentally got confused by the time zone change. I arrived at 9:15 AM instead of my scheduled time. They still accepted me and unloaded my trailer, but after unloading they kept me waiting for paperwork all day. I have been here since 9:30 AM and it is already 4:00 PM. They unloaded me hours ago, but they refuse to provide my paperwork. It feels like they are punishing drivers for being slightly late. If you accidentally arrive late here, be prepared to wait for many hours even after your trailer is unloaded. Very unprofessional treatment of truck drivers. Because of this delay, I lost my next load, my time, and money.

Beautiful facilities. Friendly people. They are popular so they were running late for my appointment. I hadn't been there for a while so I'm not sure if that is common. It used to not be a problem. They have up to date equipment and did a great job except for my front wheels need to be switched side to side because the wheels are directional. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Amazing facility!! Thank you for hosting one lap of America! The wet skid pad event was amazing and very well organized. Providing outside bath rooms was a special touch. We also damaged a special tire that Luke was able to source for us super quick!! Thanks Luke!!

I had a very disappointing experience trying to claim a warranty on tires from this shop. Before starting the process, I reached out by email to understand the requirements. I was told that if the tire was deemed irreparable, I could request a warranty claim. I then asked who determines whether a tire is irreparable, and I was informed that the repair shop I chose would make that decision. Following those instructions, I took my tires to Walmart, where I was told that driving with them in their current condition was unsafe. They also refused to perform a tire rotation for that reason. I documented everything—photos of the damage, receipt for purchasing two replacement tires, and proof of installation. Despite providing all this evidence, my claim was denied. The reason given was that the tires did not show a puncture, only irregular wear. This suggests that the warranty only applies if the tire has a visible hole or catastrophic failure, leaving no room for preventive action even when the tire is clearly unsafe. these tire are one year old, less than 8,000 miles. Safety Warning - Check your DOT dates. I purchased 4 New Falken Wildpeak AT Trails with wheels mounted,and balanced in 2023, but received 'New Old Stock' manufactured in 2021 (DOT 3921). Even though I still have 75% of the tread (8/32") left, from the original (10/32")The rubber compound is already failing. When I contacted corporate, they were dismissive and refused a prorated refund, offering only a store credit for a company I no longer feel safe using. An authorized dealer (Mavis) verified this is a premature material failure. I’ve had to report this to the NHTSA and the Attorney General because selling tires with lantent defects as 'new' is a major safety hazard. Verify your dates before you drive away!"
